What to know before taking a yoga class with us
- Our yoga Bali studio opens 30 min before the class starts.
- We ask our yogis to come to the studio 10 min before the class starts.
- Limited availabilities, so if you want to be sure to get a mat please book in advance. 10 students maximum.

If you or anyone that you have been in contact with is feeling unwell please stay at home and rest.

If you own your own mat or have a towel to cover the studio mat please bring it with you.

Bring a sarong or scarf to cover the props you might need.

We will clean yoga mats and props after each yoga session.
- All yoga students must be registered and paid before joining any yoga class Nusa Lembongan.
- The yoga packages are not refundable.

Start your practice by a scan, I mean be aware of your position, be aware of your breath, look through your body, notice any tensions any pains, notice how you feel right now. Then turn your attention to your breath and observe, same with your thought. Be aware.

For effective awareness, do not be afraid of all the sensations/feelings which rise up during the practice. You must fully “inhabit” your body. No matter the sensation: pleasant or unpleasant. Become one with yourself. Your yoga practice will be more beneficial.

You must learn to let go, release, relax, discharge your tensions. Repeat mentally to yourself: “I give myself up, I relax, I release all my physical tensions, I’m freed of all my stress of the day, I put them on the ground” Take a long inhale and exhale deeply releasing all of it.

To help you synchronize and unite yourself, you will perfectly associate breathing with movement. In Vinyasa yoga we briefly describe this as “inhale UP & exhale DOWN”. It’s true any yoga style when you “rise up” you Inhale and when you “fold/lean” you Exhale.
