What to know before taking a yoga class with us

  • Our yoga Bali studio opens 30 min before the class starts.
  • We ask our yogis to come to the studio 10 min before the class starts.
  • Limited availabilities, so if you want to be sure to get a mat please book in advance. 10 students maximum.
  • If you or anyone that you have been in contact with is feeling unwell please stay at home and rest.
  • If you own your own mat or have a towel to cover the studio mat please bring it with you.
  • Bring a sarong or scarf to cover the props you might need.
  • We will clean yoga mats and props after each yoga session.
  • All yoga students must be registered and paid before joining any yoga class Nusa Lembongan.
  • The yoga packages are not refundable.
  • A deposit will be asked for any private Yoga sessions

  • I chose Yoga Dunia for my 50 Hour Yin teacher training and am super happy with my choice. The class was really small (6 students) so we all got lots of personalised attention and Pilu was able to tailor the course towards our different needs (some students wanted to develop their personal practise and others wanted to teach). My fave part was the anatomy which has been at best dry and at worst totally confusing in other YTT's I've done. With Pilu it was engaging, enlightening and incredibly relevant to our practise. I've never taught professionally before but I've left this course feeling fully confident to teach Yin in a studio. Having 2 opportunities to teach to real students (not just classmates) in the one week course was a huge part of this. The studio is super lovely with a little swimming pool and the food (breakfast included in course) was abundant and delicious. Highly recommended.

    200 hrs Vinyasa and Aerial YTTC is excellent. I got not only theory foundation but real experience to teach both Vinyasa and Aerial, and improve each round with the guidance from Pilu. The support from staffs and Audrey at Yoga Dunia was great for the whole period we attended the course.

    Opiskelin vinyasa ja ilmajooga opettajaksi kesällä 2024. Koulutus oli monipuolinen, huolellisesti suunniteltu ja Dunia väki erittäin ihanaa. Kokonaisuus oli aika raskas todella pitkien päivien osalta, mutta todella hieno ja antoisa kokemus. Pienessä ryhmässä opetus on henkilökohtaista ja intensiivistä.

    A very beautiful yoga space with lovely and friendly people running it. It has been been really a wonderful experience participating in the yin yoga teacher training. Definitely recommend it .

    Hele fijne plek. Ik ben een totale beginner wat betreft yoga maar het leek me leuk dit eens te doen op Lembongan, dus ging ik voor een lesje YinYoga. Het was met een klein groepje en de instructrice nam uitgebreid de tijd om uit te leggen wat de bedoeling was. Ook gaf ze me tussendoor tips om de houdingen goed uit te voeren. Ik voelde me erg op mijn gemak hier (ondanks ik niet alles goed deed). Verder is de ruimte erg fijn en rustig aangekleed (je hoort af en toe wel wat scooters, maar dat is niet te voorkomen op het eiland) Ook erg fijn dat je alle spullen kunt gebruiken en zelf niks mee hoeft te nemen.

  • Amazing place I love it! I walked 1h to getter there as I Was so motivated to try Aerial Yin yoga, it Was amazing ! I Will look for this type of yoga for sure. Teacher is so Nice, helpfull and the place very peacful. You should try and get the Best of it !

    A beautiful space for yoga practice with a variety of instructors and classes (vinyasa, aerial, yin). prices are average compared to other studios on the island. the location is easy to access by motorbike, with dedicated parking space. I really enjoyed coming here and will come back whenever I return to the island ♡
